How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After your order is placed successfully, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your inbox, spam folder, or promotions folder if you do not see the email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment or change the shipping address.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long does delivery usually take?

In general, delivery may take approximately 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local carrier processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

Please check your tracking information first. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number, and we will help check the tracking status where possible.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and included items, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Can I return a product after using it?

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal beauty and skincare devices that have been opened, used, or come into direct contact with skin cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, photos of the package and shipping label, and a brief description of the problem.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.

Warranty

Do Olyvi Beauty products come with a warranty?

Yes. Olyvi Beauty products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water damage, or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function.
  • Use of the product outside the provided instructions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.
How do I request warranty support?

Please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos showing the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.
