This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the Olyvi Beauty website.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or unexpected logistics delays, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions. Available shipping destinations may vary depending on product availability, logistics service coverage, and checkout settings.

If your address is not available at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to that location.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your shipping destination, selected shipping method, order value, and product weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method available for your order.

In general, delivery may take approximately 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped. Some destinations may require additional time due to customs clearance, local carrier processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address, contact name, phone number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.

Olyvi Beauty is not responsible for delivery failure, delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities.

Customs clearance procedures may also cause delivery delays.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, customs, local postal services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will help you check the tracking status and contact the carrier where possible.

Olyvi Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged package, photos of the damaged product, and any relevant shipping label information. We will review the case and assist you with a suitable solution.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment or change the shipping address. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
